[1,"Description A daily dataset providing average FloodScan Standard Flood Extent Depiction (SFED) flood fraction (0-100%) and historical estimates of return periods and baseline SFED values for HRP countries at admin levels 1 & 2. Column Definitions SFED: Standard Flood Event Depiction - Flood Fraction (%) SFED_BASELINE: SFED baseline value (%) calculated over last 10 years per day (See methodology note) RP: Estimated return period (See methodology note) Methodology Note Baseline calculations 1. Daily historical FloodScan data SFED fraction smoothed with 11 day centered rolling mean (+/-5 days). 2. Average SFED calculated on smoothed value per day-of-year (DOY) for last 10 years of data (2014-2023) 3. Baseline SFED value joined to updated dataset based on DOY Return Period - RPs are calculated empirically from full historical FloodScan record available preceeding current year (i.e 1998-2023). - RPs are only calculated up to 10-year RP and reclassified to categorical ranges (lower bound exclusive), all values above 10 classified as \"> 10\" Blank SFED/RP values: some administrative boundaries may not have summary statistics available. This happens when administrative polygons are sufficiently small relative to the size of the input raster dataset. In this case, we'd recommend performing your analysis across a larger spatial scale. For example, if you find values missing for a particular Admin 2 boundary, you may want to instead consider performing your analysis at the Admin 1 level."],
